Macy's Glamorama 2009

Grammy ward-winning singer and songwriter will help kick off annual fashion extravaganza benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana

Popular musical artist Ne-Yo, who is known for such hits as So Sick, Closer, Because of You and Miss Independent, will headline Macy's Glamorama set at the Chicago Theatre in Chicago on Friday, August 21 at 8 p.m. This year, Macy’s annual event will fuse style, music, art and cuisine for a unique evening featuring creative combinations of colors, patterns, textures, shapes and trends. City sophisticate, punk princess and the classic cowboy harmoniously come together for a stylishly chic scene. This event will benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana.

Topping the list of designers this year: Marc Jacobs, Sonia Rykiel, Jean Paul Gaultier, Just Cavalli, Sportmax, MaxMara and CNC Costume National.

RMHC - CNI operates four houses: near the University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital, near Children's Memorial Hospital, near Loyola University Medical Center and a fourth House under construction near Advocate Hope Children's Hospital.
