TREND HOUSE (designed annually)-Immerse yourself in a 2,500-square-foot home furnished with all the latest trends in wall and floor coverings, furniture and home décor. This is the place to see it all first.

FLOWER SHOW (March-April) For 14 days you'll be surrounded by over one million plants and cut flowers in more than 4,000 varieties as Macy's on State Street bursts not spring.

GLAMORAMA® (fall)-We pull out all the stops and put on a world-class fashion extravaganza featuring the newest looks from celebrated designers. Showcased in the historic Chicago Theatre, this event features amazing stage shows along with unforgettable performances by renowned entertainers.

FASHION WEEK (September)-Enjoy fashion shows, shopping parties and personal appearances from the biggest names in fashion, beauty and entertainment.

CULINARY WEEK (spring and fall)-Seven days filled with spectacular savings, celebrity chef appearances and cooking demonstrations. Held in autumn and spring, at the cusp of seasonal food trends.

HOLIDAY (November-December)-For generations Chicagoans have brought their families to see every floor of our store decked out for the holidays. Marvel at our 45-foot Great Tree decorated with over 1,200 themed ornaments and 25,000 dazzling lights in the Walnut Room. Experience our animated window displays on State Street and enjoy elaborate decorations suspended from our 10-story atrium.
